        Reset Command (Net Bios, 32h)

The RESET command clears and configures the Net Bios. The number
of sessions to be supported is supplied in the LSN field (1 to
32). The maximum number of commands (NCBs) outstanding at one
time is specified in the NUM field (also 1 to 32).

When this command is issued, all existing names and sessions are
lost, therefore it should be issued before starting any processes
        that use the Net Bios.

In some implementations, session and command buffers take space
otherwise used for packet buffers. Therefore, keep these
        parameters reasonable.

Warning: This command can be dangerous, if multiple (resident)
programs is using the netbios concurrently.
